Individual Restaurant Company Plc continues with its successful roll out strategy of both the Piccolino and Bar and Grill brands, and with no less than 6 sites being opened each year the company has urgent requirements for property.

We are looking for properties in major cities, towns and suburbs throughout the UK. Ideally properties will be approximately 3,000 to 10,000 square feet, on one or more floors, with some intrinsic architectural or design interest. Lease hold, free hold or joint developments will be considered as well as existing businesses.

Additionally, IRC plan to invest over £1,000,000 into each site which meets these requirements and is chosen for development.
